Description:
Embark on a scenic trail run from the charming village of Tizi Oussem to the beautiful Ighoulidène Waterfall, a route that combines a gentle uphill climb with a rewarding descent back. With an elevation gain of approximately 350 meters, this 8 km run takes about 2 hours and is perfect for runners seeking a short, engaging adventure while enjoying the natural beauty of the Atlas Mountains.
Along the way, we’ll stop midway at a local shop to refresh with traditional Berber whiskey (mint tea), fresh orange juice, and light snacks—while taking in the stunning mountain views. The trail then continues back toward the village, descending through picturesque landscapes. Upon returning, enjoy a warm, home-cooked tajine lunch in Tizi Oussem, a perfect way to refuel and experience Amazigh hospitality.
